I’ve been involved with the Pine Rivers Chamber of Commerce for around 2 years and it’s a great group.
With networking breakfasts held on the second Thursday of each month at the Coffee Club Strathpine, the Chamber offers a good opportunity to meet other local business owners and support each other.
Guest speakers present at most events and there are also larger events such as the Women in Business luncheon held annually.
I represent the Women’s Health & Mother Baby Hub (my part time job) which is located in Strathpine.
I’ve met a really diverse range of businesses through the PRCC. There is a Members directory on their site but here are just a few of the many lovely people I’ve spoken to personally during the time I’ve been involved:
- Seath Holswich MP: State member for Pine Rivers
- Sophie & Anna: Moreton Bay Regional Council
- Cheryl: Springers Solar
- Ramona: Brainwaves: Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation centre
- Belinda: ANZ Mobile Lender
- Kathy: Brendale Stationery
- Corrina: High Impact Teamwear
- Gerrie: Moreton Bay Regional Real Estate
- Katie: Suncorp Bank
- Sandra: ESP Fitness
- Rod: Spectrum Employment Services
- Linda: Precious Previews Ultrasound
