Social Media Dashboards, also called Social Media Management Tools, are a way to manage a number of social networks all in one place. Which you use, and whether you use one at all will depend on factors such as the size of your business, budget and social media strategy.
The concept is great – instead of logging in separately to say Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+, you can post, tweet and share all from within the one screen. There are plenty of pros and cons to these tools, but this article will instead briefly focus on five social media dashboards I plan to try (or have already trialled) and then I’ll write individual posts on my experiences with each.
1. Nimble
This is my current favourite.
2. Hootsuite
I’ve used this in the past and drop back in from time to time.
3. Social Oomph
Not yet tried
4. Buffer
Signed up but not used.
5. Sprout Social
Have you used these or other social media dashboards?
