Most importantly, visitors can also enjoy delicious beer and food combinations.
Tickets cost € 15.00 on Thursday and Saturday, and € 17.50 on Friday. At the entrance visitors receive a tasting glass and two festival tokens. Everybody above the age of 18 years is welcome.
You can also visit the large information market, the children’s area, the many food and drink stalls and thousands of freedom loving Dutch people!

Europe’s best Bob Marley tribute band Rootsriders returns with an ode to Exodus. This year it is exactly 40 years since this album came out and it is perhaps one of Marley’s most important achievements in his career.
Marley recorded the album in self-imposed exile in Londen after he had narrowly survived an assassination attempt in Jamaica. ‘Jamming’, ‘Waiting In Vain’, ‘Turn Your Lights Down Low’, ‘Three Little Birds’, ‘One Love’ and of course ‘Exodus’ are recorded on this timeless album.
The Rootsriders have been performing with their Tribute2BobMarley liveshows since 2006. You can do the math: that’s already more than ten years! In 2016 they celebrated their 10-years anniversary with the release of their first own album with original works.
My Father Held a Gun (13 May)
Is an intimate performance about fathers in the eyes of their sons
Storytellers Raphael Rodan and Sahand Sahebdivani are close friends that come from enemy countries, Iran and Israel. In My Father Held a Gun they decide to confront their past, being the sons of men who lived through wars and revolutions. Do they measure up to the examples that were set by those who came before them? They realize that if life had taken a slightly different direction their fathers would have been aiming their guns at each other. How will this realization effect their friendship?

Raphael and Sahand toured Europe with the successful Kingdom of Fire and Clay, which dived into the lives of their mothers and their animosity as an Israeli and an Iranian. For this show they are joined by musical wizards Iman Spaargaren and Guillermo Celano.
A night out for local charities (May 13)

On Mother’s Day weekend, the American Women’s Club will host an elegant evening in support of local charities that benefit cancer treatment in The Hague, sexually abused girls in the Philippines, and exploited children in Kenya.
The AWC, an all-volunteer organization, has been fundraising for Dutch and international charities since its founding in 1930. This year, the AWC is spearheading the effort to raise 50,000 EUR in startup costs to enable Medische Centrum Haaglanden of The Hague to join the cutting-edge Center for Personalized Cancer Treatment network.
Since 2002, AWC galas have raised 1.5 million EUR for charities, most notably breast cancer and autism. This year, the Red, White, and Blue Gala will take place at the Hilton, The Hague on Saturday 13 May from 18:30 to 1:00. Tickets, which cost 125 EUR, include a welcome reception with prosecco and canapés, a gourmet three-course dinner.
