Ten AI tools for entrepreneurs to try in 2025

DALL·E representation of the article

Hi – Renee here. A human. AI has exploded in recent years, and as an entrepreneur I’m trying to keep up. Here’s an article I co-wrote with Chat GPT with a list of ten AI tools for entrepreneurs, each with a brief description and a link to their website. I’ve also noted whether each tool offers a free version.

I plant to try these out in the coming months and report back.

Have you used any of these? I also promoted Chat GPT to include the links and whether there is a free version of each tool. Curious to work through this list and see if it’s all correct. It took seconds for AI to create this list but will take me many hours to check it all and try them out. I’m only human!

Here’s the AI generated part below. Scroll further to the next divider to read my own response/notes.

Hi, me again – the human. Here is the link to my chat which includes the sources: https://chatgpt.com/canvas/shared/67b5828dc6448191a071c4a1a9a5d270

I also just went and checked all the links – working perfectly! Saved me a massive amount of time to not have to visit/add all these in myself…meaning more time for me to actually check out the tools.

So far, I have already tried:

  • CHAT GPT – I’m on the free version. I started using this in 2023 and have become more and more confident with it, especially as the capabilities grow. I co wrote this article and created the image.
  • GRAMMARLY – I haven’t tried this yet but have heard about it for years. Will experiment soon
  • CANVA – I was an early user and have had a paid account for years. Am really not making the most of this but should make some time to (re)learn at least some basics here
  • ZAPIER – tried briefly a few years ago but think it needs more time invested to set it up, and not sure I need it just yet
  • NOTION – keep hearing this name pop up and looks like it could be useful – I’m a Trello user and this seems like it could be similar in some ways. Looks worth a deeper investigation.
  • PICTORY – never heard of it and not sure if I need right now, I have sever other similar tools that I still haven’t uses.
  • COPY.AI – also never heard of it, think CHAT GPT fulfils my needs for now with this
  • HUBSPOT AI – I used Hubspot more than a decade ago for social media and it has grown significantly. I tried the free CRM a few years ago but found it a bit complicated. Not sure if the free tools are suitable for me and don’t have a budget for paid. I know they had a good academy online in the past, may see if this is still available
  • TOME AI – also never heard of it, again I think an overlap with CANVA so will stick with that for now.
  • MURF AI – another tool I’ve never heard of, I don’t work with audio/podcasts at the moment so not really needed.
