This online self-service is part of the municipality’s aim to improve its online services for residents and businesses.

By logging into MijnDenHaag.nl with your DigiD residents of The Hague can look at their personal data. The online self-service offers the following possibilities:
- overview of perpetual land lease
- overview of billing amounts
- online payment of last invoice using iDeal
- change of billing address
- request to pay by direct debit
- request to buy out ground lease obligation in perpetuity
- request for reissuance
