The Hague will host the 10-day international Volley2018 volleyball event in July 2018. Three Olympic volleyball competitions will be united in this large-scale event: the European Beach Volleyball Championships, the Sitting Volleyball World Championships and the Men’s Junior European Volleyball Championships.
The Dutch National Volleyball Federation (Nevobo) and the Municipality of The Hague presented the Volley2018 event on 24 November. The event integrates 2 volleyball disciplines: volleyball, beach volleyball and sitting volleyball (for athletes with a disability).
Volley2018 will be played in different locations throughout the Netherlands. During the last weekend all of the final matches will come together at 1 central location: the Hague Sport Campus in Zuiderpark. In addition to the competitions, there will be a sport promotion campaign and numerous events and side events leading up to Volley.
Volley2018 takes place from 13 to 22 July 2018.
